You might want to try promoting the site outside of rpg.net circles, e.g, mentioning it to the SF blogosphere at http://fantasyhotlist.blogspot.com
http://www.fantasybookcritic.blogspot.com or doing a promotion at http://www.sffworld.com. Another relevant site is the Literature section at the A Song of Ice and Fire forums.

In the last week I've promoted Xenagia on 3 Horror Yahoo groups, a handful of Horror LiveJournal communities, RPGNews, two publisher forums and two author forums.

I'm also shooting e-mails out to the authors/publishers of the books I've reviewed and giving them links, so maybe they will drop by to to check them out.
