Indy 4 Rumors

I'm impressed, it sounds like Indiana Jones 4 is going to hit some appropriately pulpy ground that they haven't previously covered.

‘Belloq’ also tells us that the opening action scene of the film will pit Dr. Jones against Russians agents in Area 51 – which is interesting, as this is a major similarity to the Frank Darabont draft that confirms my belief that much of what was in that script has made its way into what will be filmed this summer.


Word is that the working title is Indiana Jones and the City of the Gods.

Dunno about you, but personally I'm looking forward to seeing Indy trade his whip for a walking frame. I'm sure he could pull off some impressive moves on a suitably stereotypical bad guy.

Do I hate the indy movies? No! I love them. I love the pulpy-ness. It just seems strange that this movie wasn't made before or, after waiting so long, that they didn't get different actors. I wonder if a lot of time is meant to have passed, and we'll see an older Indy (older story-wise. Obviously he'll be older actor-wise)

Normally I'd say that it'd be good to just have new actors but... that just wouldn't be the same. Not in Indiana Jones.

By now we know the name of the newest Indy movie is Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skul. Apparently it's going to be set in 1957, during the Cold War.
