New BBcode: Index

There's now some new BBCode that you can use to create a quick link to an entry in the book index. It works like this, but without the spaces:

[ index=186 ]The #1 Rated Book[ /index ]

That is:

The #1 Rated Book

You just have to look up the ID number for the index entry.
