There is an item in Drudge today about the disproportionate number of blind, deaf, deformed, and otherwise disadvantaged children thoughout England born to Muslim parents, esp. to those from rural Pakistan where marriage to first cousins is still thought to be the best way to keep assets inside the family circle. Perhaps it is untrue! Perhaps there is no such disproportion and that it is all a mirage produced by racist propaganda machines! But even if it is true there may be, as per, the old adage, some overlooked benefit. And so there is. Consider this from the viewpoint of an adult male Muslim who considers the English his enemies and therefore fair game.
Are not their hospitals and long term care facilities burdened with expenses to which their is no foreseeable end but death? Perhaps the children can live at home; in that case they will still be the charges of the welfare state and a financial asset for the family.
Then too, in the public realm, any controversy will tend to make those denouncing the "irresponsible" Pakis look like evil Nazi-style eugenicists. More win-win. Breed, brothers (and sisters), breed! The future belongs to you. Indeed,, the same Drudge report notes that the Archbishop of Canterbury, no less, favors the establishment of shariah law in the UK.
