New grammar whiz for you to solve! This one is particularly hard, and when I reveal the source you'll know why. If nobody gets far with it I will give hints.
Same rules as before -- without adding or changing punctuation or altering words within the phrase, add words to the front and/or the end of the phrase to make a good English sentence:
though without prejudice to its again, of a sudden, fairly grimacing
