Well, I'm not going to be able to see the new Heroes until the wife gets back into town, but here's a thread for it's discussion. No spoilers past this episode, 1.22, please.

I gotta say I was hopeful about Heroes back when it started but I never thought I'd love it this much. This week's episode was no exception.

I have to say I really enjoyed it.
Though I was a bit confused (and annoyed) at the end, because for some reason I thought this was the season finale. How many episodes are left?

Apparently 24 episodes this season. Which means that next episode is where things probably all start to explode (... literally).
Landslide was, overall, an excellent build-up episode, going to the end of the arc.
Though, I'm interested to know what they intend to do for next season, as most of the plot threads seem tied to this arc?

I thought the next ep was the last one of the season? Or am I mistaken and its a two parter or something?
Either way, yeah, good stuff overall. I really wish they had worked nikki and DL into the rest of the group sooner and more smoothly though. C'est la vie.

That's intentional. The idea was that each season would have its own relatively self-contained metaplot, with a few continuing subplots to link them. It's a formula that worked pretty well for shows like BUFFY, and it has a bit of the comic book feel HEROES is going for (think of each season as a separate trade paperback, with the episodes being the individual issues).
